  En este artículo se exponen las características del cuidado enfermero en el quirófano de cirugía bariátrica para la realización de gastroplastia tubular robótica (GTR) con el Sistema da Vin ci®. Así, teniendo como base las indicaciones, la técnica qui- rúrgica y los posibles riesgos y complicaciones de la misma, se presentan las actividades de la enfermera en el perioperatorio (especificando los cuidados en el preoperatorio, intraoperatorio y parte del postoperatorio). También se exponen las ventajas y desventajas del uso del Sistema da Vinci® en la GTR y las reper- cusiones para el personal enfermero y los posibles diagnósti- cos de enfermería (NANDA), resultados (NOC) e intervenciones (NIC). Este estudio descriptivo se ha realizado a partir de la re- visión bibliográfica y del examen de los procedimientos sobre el robot da Vinci® en el Hospital Univerisitari Vall d�Hebron. Se debe incrementar la literatura científica sobre el rol de la enfer- mera en el Sistema da Vinci®

  This paper presents the characteristics of nursing care in bariatric surgery for performing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) as- sisted by the da Vinci® System. Thus, based on the indications, surgical technique and the possible risks and complications of this operation, we present the activities of the nurse in the peri- perative (specifying the care in the preoperative, intraoperative and part of the postoperative). It also outlines the advantages and disadvantages of the use of the da Vinci® System in LSG and the implications for the nursing staff and potential nursing diagnoses (NANDA), outcomes (NOC) and interventions (NIC)..

  This descriptive study was performed from the literature review and the review of the procedures on the da Vinci® robot in the Hospital Universitari Vall d�Hebron. We consider it is necessary to increase the scientific literature on the role of the nurse in the da Vinci® System.
