Of the "new evangelisation" and of the necessity of " new evangelisers" John Paul II has often spoken in his apostolic journeys and particularly in the Encyclical Letter Redemptoris Missio. The theme, treated at a biblical level, is all concerned with the "new evangelisers for the new evangelisation". The study is subdivided in three sections; the first illustrates the figure of the "new evangelisers"; the second speaks of the evangelisers as witnesses to the hope which is in them (1 Pt 3, 15); the third comprises evident forms and methos of evangelisation, as they appear in the New Testament (proclamation of the faith to belivers and non-believers; to the Jevvs and to the Gentiles), and the model of "re-evangelisation" offered by St. Paul in the letter to the Galatians.
