Cambios de la técnica corporal en la modalidad de Gimnasia Rítmica: códigos de puntuación 1993-2005

    El objetivo fue analizar los cambios ocurridos en la técnica corporal de los ejercicios a Manos Libres en la Modalidad de Gimnasia Rítmica en los diferentes Códigos de Puntuación desde el año 1993 hasta el 2005.

    Investigación de tipo documental donde se usaron las siguientes categorías de análisis: generalidades, ejecución, exigencias y nivel de dificultad.

    Las conclusiones señalan que han existido cambios significativos en las exigencias a Manos Libres entre un Ciclo Olímpico y otro, tanto cualitativo como cuantitativo. Actualmente las gimnastas ejecutan dificultades combinadas, siendo las más frecuentes los saltos con giros del cuerpo y cambios de piernas. Se pudo determinar que el grupo corporal más rico, son los saltos ya que cuentan con un total de 149 saltos diferentes, que la mayor parte de las gimnastas logran ejecutar.

    Study was based on analyzed the technical changes in body exercises in Hands free mode of rhythmic gymnastics in different rating codes from 1993 to 2005. It is surrounded by a documentary research. The analysis categories were: general, execution, requirements and level of difficulty. The findings show that there have been significant changes in the requirements in Hands free between an Olympic cycle and the other, both qualitatively and quantitatively. Currently, gymnasts perform combined difficulties; the most frequent are the body jumps with turns and changes of legs. It was found that the richest group of body is the jumps, because they have over 149 different jumps, which most of the gymnasts are able to execute.
