    Se agota el plazo para llevar a cabo la reforma del estado, sin embargo, son muchas las discusiones que se llevan en el ámbito legislativo para resolver las diferencias en los enfoques para hacer frente a los retos que el estado mexicano impone.

    La reforma constitucional en materia de justicia penal y seguridad pública esta sujeta a diversos análisis y cuestionamientos, si bien es cierto, parece ya inminente se aprobación, es necesario efectuar comentarios sobre los alcances y las probables incongruencias en que puede incurrir nuestro texto fundamental.

    The term is ending to carry out the reform of the state, nevertheless, there are great discussions in the legislative area to resolve the biggest differences in the approaches to the challenges that the Mexican State imposes. The constitutional reform for penal justice and public safety is tied to diverse analyses and questions, though it is true, approval seems to be already imminent, it is necessary to carry out commentaries on the scopes and the probable incongruities on which our fundamental text can incur.
