n el presente capítulo, nos ocupamos del daño moral que se puede causar al honor y prestigio de las personas y la forma en que este puede resarcirse mediante una indemnización económica subrayando que el honor en el Estado de Veracruz no tiene precio.
Se exploran el daño moral que se puede causar a un bien intangible como es el honor que resulta un concepto ambiguo, por corresponder a un criterio subjetivo e individual de cada sujeto de derecho, además de referirse a un tiempo y espacio determinado.

In the present article, we took care of the moral damage that can be caused to the honour and prestige of the people and the form in which it can be made up for by means of an econom ic indemnification emphasizing that the honor in the State of Veracruz does not have price.
We explored the moral damage that can be caused to an intangible good as the honour that becomes an ambigous concept, to correspond to subjective and individual criteria of each subject of the law, besides from referring to a determinate space and time.
