We present a rare case of ocular parasitose, of a larve set in the vitreous. The larve hadn-t any active movements, it was well endured. There was a subluxation of the crystalline and it was possible with help of retinaphotos to obtain a photographic arrangement in order to given an idea of the whole. As we lost contact with the patient, it was not possible to extract the larve. Going out from the obtained elements, we think that the question we are now upon is the case described in the literature as Linguatula Serrata from Frölich. Discusión: Dr. Antonio Fornieles Ulibarri. Réplica: Al Dr. Fornieles. Comunicación presentada al XLI Congreso de la S.O.H. -A. La Toja, septiembre de 1963. Palabra clave: Artículo.
