    Este artículo analiza las peculiaridades del �slang� de los jóvenes rusos (olbanski iazik) utilizado en Internet, cuya característica más importante es la alteración intencionada de las normas de ortografía. Nuestro estudio revela las estrategias comunicativas de esta jerga, permite conocer el componente semántico-pragmático de este tipo de discurso y explica su valor como fenómeno social actual.

    This article analyzes the peculiarities of the slang of the young Russian people (olbanski iazik) used on the Internet, being the most important characteristic the deliberate flouting of the orthographic rules. Our study shows the communicative strategies that underlie the use of this slang, which enables us to be acquainted with the pragmatics of this type of discourse and explains its value as a current social phenomenon
