  Comenzamos nuestro estudio describiendo el sistema básico de 06:00 Defensa en el balonmano para identificar el problema conceptual y tácticamente. A continuación, establecemos los orígenes de este sistema y proporcionar una línea de tiempo que identifica cuando llegó a ser y cómo se ha desarrollado a partir de entonces. Los factores antropométricos, físicos, técnicos y técnicas mencionadas anteriormente han desempeñado un papel clave en dicho desarrollo. Por último, vamos a exponer las conclusiones alcanzadas en el estudio.

  We start our study by describing the basic 6:0 Defence System in handball to identify the problem both conceptually and tactically. We then establish the origins of this system and provide a timeline that identifies when it came into being and how it developed from then on. The anthropometric, physical, technical and technical factors mentioned above have played a key role in said development. Finally, we will state the conclusions reached in the study.
