• The article discusses the findings of a study conducted in the Chicago, Illinois area on roles of Chief Financial Officers (CFO) in small, privately held enterprises as of December 2013. The topics discussed include characteristics of the sample taken for the study, CFO's involvement in strategic planning and management and obstacles faced by CFO's in reaching up to the strategic partnering.
