    En esta investigación de carácter histórico-documental se ha abordado el estudio del modelo sanitario y educativo de la Constitución de 1812. Se han sometido las fuentes documentales a la metodología de la Escuela de Annales para constatar la hipótesis y se ha hallado la persistencia del tiempo braudeliano de larga duración como una estructura férrea que se constituye en mentalidad. Así, se ha concluido en que los postulados doctrinales del Concilio de Trento están presentes en la Constitución de 1812, configurando el modelo sanitario al amparo de las órdenes religiosas con voto de hospitalidad, quedando el modelo educativo bajo los postulados de la Iglesia de Roma.

    This historical documentary research addresses the study of the healthcare and educational model of the Constitution of 1812. The documentary sources have undergone the methodology of the Annales School in order to confirm the hypothesis, and the persistence of the long-term Braudelian time has been found to be a rigid structure which becomes a way of thinking. Thus, the conclusion is that the doctrinal postulates by the Council of Trent are present in the Constitution of 1812, organizing the healthcare model under the protection of the religious orders with vow of hospitality, and placing the educational model under the postulates by the Church of Rome.
