Se reportan dos casos de premolares inferiores con tres conductos, cada caso fue tratado con la técnica de preparación biomecánica telescópica (step back) y obturado con la técnica de condensación lateral de manera exitosa. Lo importante de estos casos es la evaluación cuidadosa de la radiografía inicial antes de comenzar a realizar el tratamiento endodóncico, con la idea de dar un mejor tratamiento a nuestros pacientes.

We report two cases of lower premolars with three roots canals, each case was treated with biomechanical preparation technique (step back) and obturated with the technique of lateral condensation in a successful way. The importance in these cases is the careful evaluation of the initial x-ray before beginning to carry out the endodontic treatment, the important point in these cases is to evaluate carefully the initial radiograph of each case before starting the endodontic treatment, , with the idea of giving a better treatment to our patients
