Path of Peace in International Pluralism The article discusses the development of supra-national institutions and legal systems, considered as tools to achieve peace. From a historical perspective, this contribution stresses the positive results achieved by the European unification, as well as the limits of the United Nations. Dealing with the challenge of contemporary global politics, the author pushes lawyers to understand the risks related to the proliferation of international sources of law.
