  La aprobación de la Ley 4/2012, de 6 de julio ha culminado la transposición de la Directiva 2008/122/CE derogando la Directiva1994/47/CE e incorporando la Ley 42/1998 en los títulos I y II con las adaptaciones a la misma. Analizaremos en el presente estudio, la evolución de la figura contractual, sus principales novedades jurídicas y las normas especiales, así como su incidencia en los derechos del consumidor como adquirente de productos turísticos vacacionales para, finalmente, elaborar un juicio crítico sobre dicho Texto Legal.

  The adoption of the law 4/2012 of 6 July culminated the adoption the Directive 2008/122/ EC, repealing the Directiva1994/47/CE and incorporating Law 42/1998 titles I and II with the adaptations to that Directive. Based on this background, we analyze in this study, the evolution rules of this figure contract, the main legal developments and the special rules relating to timeshare resort property in use, its impact on consumer rights as a buyer of travel, vacation, so finally, develop a critical judgment on the legal text.
