Resumen de A Lei Maria da Penha: uma análise discursiva

Neste trabalho, apresento uma investigação das representações presentes na Lei Maria Da Penha, Lei 11.340/2006, tendo como suporte teórico metodológico a Análise de Discurso Crítica (ADC). Dessa forma, uma perspectiva dialético-relacional (Wodak e Mayer, 2009) é adotada, com base nos pressupostos de Fairclough (2003), que consideram aspectos de mudança social. Ao investigar como está se dando a representação da figura feminina na Lei Maria da Penha é possível dizer se houve ou não mudança social em relação à ideologia que possibilita uma hegemonia masculina, o que gera a percepção da violência baseada em gênero social como natural.

In this paper, we present an investigation of representations present in Maria Da Penha Law, Law 11.340/2006, it is supported by the theoretical methodological Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA). Considering CDA the dialectical-relational approach is adopted (Wodak e Mayer, 2009) based on the assumptions by Fairclough (2003), who considers aspects of social change. By investigating how are you getting the women representation figure in the Maria da Penha Law it is possible to find whether or not there has been social change in relation to the ideology that enables male hegemony, which creates the perception of gender based violence as taken for granted
