  • Changes to the Mexican constitution allowing greater investment in the energy market have yet to take effect because auxiliary laws have not yet been passed by congress; New laws and amendments are needed to determine how investments can be made; If these are not passed by the April 19 deadline it could strike a blow to investors' confidence in Mexico.
