    • The author offers opinions on management of organizational change. It is stated that leaders within an organization must recognize and focus on the psychological impact of change on their employees, as the transition period of adapting to change is complex and gradual. Recommendations to executives are offered including personally announcing changes, communicating the rationale for the change and to maintain vital existing processes
