Abstract: This article attempts to contemplate some productions of the Uruguayan artist Horacio Faedo, regarding to the concentration imprisonment experience within the context of the Uruguayan dictatorship. Through the analysis of this repressive system specificity and its influence on individuality, it will aim to unravel some of the keys for a better understanding of his works, litigating between figuration and abstraction, emptiness and corporeality, the testimony and its impossibility.
