De la imagen al imaginario en el cine colombiano

    El siguiente artículo surge de la investigación titulada Los tres ojos del cíclope, financiada por la Institución Universitaria Politécnico Grancolombiano.

    En dicha investigación nos propusimos indagar acerca de la relación existente entre la violencia y el cine producido en Colombia a partir de los siguientes aspectos: 1) la relación existente entre realidad y ficción y la frontera cada vez más difusa que separa estos dos universos; 2) el lugar del cine en esa indeterminación o si se quiere en esa heterotopía; 3) ¿Puede el arte acercarnos a la realidad?; 4) ¿Qué resulta del contacto entre la cinematografía y el público y de qué modo esa mixtura contribuye a la configuración de imaginarios? El presente texto indagará en el complejo entramado que constituyen los dos cuerpos que componen la experiencia cinematográfica: los espectadores y la cinematografía, en un intento de aproximación al sistema que da origen al imaginario sobre lo que se ha llamado Cine colombiano

    The following article is the result of an investigation entitled �Los tres ojos del cíclope� (the three eyes of Cyclops), in which we explore the existing relationship between violence and cinema produced in Colombia from the following perspectives: 1) The relationship that exists between reality and fiction and the ever-blurrier line that separates these two universes; 2) the place of cinema in this indeterminacy and if it desired in this heterotopia; 3) Can art bring us closer to reality?; 4) What emerges from the contact between cinematography and the public, and in what way can this blend contribute to the shaping of the popular imagination? This text will probe into the complex framework formed by the two bodies that make up the cinematographic experience: the viewers and the cinematography, in an attempt to better understand the system which gives rise to the popular imagination regarding what has been called Colombian Cinema
