  Investigación Reflexiva de Web Semántica para el Doctorado en Ingeniería del Software con la UPSAM, basándose en la demanda de personas discapacitadas que requieren acceder a la Web. Los diseñadores de ontologías en la Web Semántica deben construir páginas universales, evitando volver a ésta muda, sorda, inaccesible. Investigando definiciones formales sobre: Sistema de Información, Calidad, Estándares de WAI, WCAG, W3C, directrices para WEB 1,0 y WEB 2.0, investigaciones de SIDAR y normas legales sobre diseño de sistemas accesibles. Se observa la carencia en la Ingeniería WEB de:

  sensibilidad, conocimiento de directrices, legislaciones precisas sobre diseños con Calidad y accesibilidad.

  Reflexive Investigation of Semantic Web for the Doctorate in Software Engineering with UPSAM, based in the demand of disabled people who require entering to the information about Web. Semantic Web's designers must build pages for all people, preventing convert it unable to speaks, unable to ears and inaccessible. The formal definition of: information�s system, quality, WAI, WCAG, W3C, published guidelines for "WEB 1,0 " and "Web 2.0", the last consultations, news done by the SIDAR and legal norms which demands the design of accessible Systems. It is observed that in the Software Engineering, there is a hole about: sensibility, knowledge of guidelines and a strict legislation about design with quality to be accessible.
