    Este artículo analiza críticamente, con el objetivo de evaluar mejor las objeciones al liberalismo, las principales tesis del liberalismo rawlsiano entendido correcta y sistemáticamente, en especial, su visión procedimental de la moral con vocación universalista, su justifi cación constructivista y su individualismo moral.

    This paper examines critically, in order to better evaluate the objections of the liberalism, the main thesis of Rawlsian liberalism correctly and systematically understood, especially the procedural vision of moral with universalist vocation, the constructivist justifi cation and moral individualism.
