  • This article studies the tripod guiding of attention in the National Healthcare Service (SUS) in Brazil, represented by the three �I� (s) considered essential to the social rights to health effectiveness: integrality, interdisciplinary, and intersectoriality. In this perspective, at first glance, it is highlighted the attention to the National Healthcare Service (SUS), doctrinaire principle currently referenced as integrality, having as its historical moment the Brazilian Sanitary Reform. Following, it is presented a complete attention to the health care as an organically principle tied to notions of interdisciplinary and intersectoriality, ratifying its inseparability as essential meeting to the social needs of health, or access to the necessary conditions for the realization of the requirement social right to health.
