La investigación presenta como objetivo evaluar la incidencia del clima organizacional en el desempeño de los trabajadores y directivos de una instalación turística. Se utiliza la metodología cualitativa, para ello se proponen de tres etapas, empleando las siguientes técnicas: análisis histórico-lógico de la bibliografía relacionada con la temática, revisión de documentos oficiales, observación, cuestionarios y entrevista. Se obtuvo como conclusiones los indicadores que conforman el sistema: estructura, responsabilidad, recompensa, desafío, relaciones y estándares.
The present research aims at evaluating how the labour organizational climate influences the employees' behavior in a tourist institution. The qualitative methodology was used, for this reason the process fallowed three main stages in which these methods and techniques were used: historical and logical analysis of the main bibliography related to the topic, the official documents were reviewed, the labour climate was directly observed, and surveys and interviews applied to workers and executive personnel. As a result these indicators to conform the evaluation of the system were defined: structure, responsibility, reward, challenge, relationships and standards.
