En los hospitales públicos se entrecruzan diferentes discursos, discursos que se escuchan para descubrir si es posible encontrar alguna verdad en lo que se dice: ¿Hay nuevas presentaciones? ¿Hay nuevas demandas de atención? ¿Son diferentes a las clasificaciones de hace cien años contemporáneas a la época de Freud? o son los nuevos nombres ofrecidos por los "prestadores". Por todo esto la necesidad de situar el momento: Argentina-Siglo XXI, época de entrecruzamientos entre: las clasificaciones que propone la ciencia, el derecho con las nuevas leyes y su impacto en el tejido social y la verificación de los efectos del inconsciente a pesar de las nuevas clasificaciones. Entonces situar la época implica tener en cuenta la exigencia del derecho, de la ciencia y del inconsciente.

There are many discourses which can be found cross over within Public Hospitals. Those discourses are considered one by one to find out a truth on them: Are there new clinical presentations? Are there new types of psychological care demands? Are classifications different from a century ago? (contemporary to Freud). Or we are taking into consideration new names, given by "services providers". It is a must to focus on the context: Argentina in the 21st century, epoch which includes grid points between classifications provided by Science, rights including in new Laws, its impact on the social fabric, and the verification of unconscious effects despite this new classifications. Analyzing the epoch implies taking into consideration of the Law, the Science and the Unconscious.
