Elastomeric latex have different processing steps (pre-vulcanization, drying and post-vulcanization) until the formation of the final articles. Thus far, characterization of the network structure of these materials in each stage is performed in a manual way providing qualitative information. This article will explain different experiments based on proton Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) in solid state characterizing quantitatively the structure of the elastomeric latex by an automatic process, without handling the samples.
