This chapter aims to describe how companies take advantage offered by the have adequate organizational structure and its use as a strategy for achieving success and permanence. The selected methodology is the case study on a family farm producing third generation company , has over seventy years of experience in the production of corn, beans , potato and tomatillo . As a result of the investigation we emphasize that it has managed to continually adjust its structure to changes in the environment and even anticipate change . The leaders are clear that if they want to operate as an organization should be and act as an organization , the main constraint for businesses in the lack of innovation and their own inadequacies may impede the path to success So give priority to training , innovation , technologies and research with the vision of becoming a world-class company is its business philosophy.
