Resumen de El clima organizacional de un centro comercial en la Ciudad de Atoyac de Álvarez, Guerrero, México

  • This document presents the results about a transversal descriptive and no experimental studio, in which the objective consisted in diagnosing how the organizational climate affects a Shopping Mall. The studied factors were: communication, leadership, policies, salaries, training and progress opportunities. 67 out of 89 employees were interviewed.In this research a questionaire was used to collect the information, which covered Likert´s organizational climate dimensions. The questionaire consisted of 26 questions. The result´s reliability was determined through the alfa coefficient of Cronbach, obtaining a 0.86 of reliability. A chart was design and used to compare the results in each one of the factors, obtaining the ideal punctuation, the obtained punctuation in the research, the differences in the punctuation, and the percentage obtained in each factor was also calculated. A global scale was used to evaluate the organizational climate. The results indicate that there were some factors with fewer points and these were communication, leadership, policies and salaries. The factors with higher points were; training, identification with the shopping mall and progress opportunities; communication, policies, salaries and training. 5,212 points were obtained from a total of 6,968, indicating that the organizational climate is good.
