    Desde el punto de vista de dos estudiantes aspirantes a obtener el título de Magíster en Administración del Desarrollo Humano y Organizacional y como docentes universitarias, se presenta el Análisis de Aplicación de la Teoría Administrativa Conductual al contexto de la realidad en la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira.

    Concentrándose en los estudiantes que llegan a cursar primer semestre �Primíparos� en los diferentes programas de la U.T.P; y, con un enfoque básico en un análisis aplicativo desde la Teoría de Motivación-Higiene de Herzberg, la Motivación Humana y en un análisis crítico de la Teoría de las necesidades humanas de Abraham Maslow.

    From the point of view of the students contenders to obtain the title of Mastegister in Human Development and Organizational Administration and as university theachers, is presented the Analysis of Application of the Conductual Administrative Theory to the context of reality, in the Technological University of Pereira.

    centering on the students that come to course first semester in the different programs of the U.T.P; and with a basic focus in an applicative analysis from the Herzberg´s Motivation-Hygiene Theory, the Human Motivation and in a critical analysis of the Theory of the human needs by Abraham Maslow.
