Resumen de O campo das representações sociais: articulações possíveis

The purpose of the article is to present the elements of the theory of social representations and their importance in understanding the production and movement of thoughts that guide the actions of the subjects' life in society. To better situate the relevance of this approach, we first discuss the complexity of the process of formation of the subject's identity and its interactions with the psychosocial field where the shares between the social groups produce meanings and social representations that guide their practices. On the second point, we deal with a set of features, which make up the social representations and their importance for the understanding of logic and of the values that underlie the life of subject in society. With trus discussion, we want to contribute ro the reflection on the complexity that surrounds the identity construction of the subject and the role of social representations in the process.

O objetivo do arrigo é apresentar os elementos que compõem a Teoria das Representações Sociais e a sua importância na compreensão da produção e circulação de pensamentos que orientam as ações da vida dos sujeitos na sociedade. Para melhor situar a relevância dessa abordagem discutese primeiramente a complexidade do processo de constituição da identidade do sujeito e suas interações com o campo psicossocial onde as partilhas entre os grupos sociais produzem significados e representações sociais que orientam suas práticas. No segundo momento aborda-se um conjunto de caracrerísticas, que compõem as representações sociais e sua importância para a compreensão da lógica e dos valores que fundamentam a vida dos sujeitos em sociedade. Pretendemos com essa discussão, contribuir com a reflexão sobre a complexidade que envolve a constituição identitária do sujeito e o papel das representações sociais nesse processo.
