Resumen de Principales factores asociados al estrés laboral de los bibliotecólogos en Chile

El estrés laboral se encuentra cada día más presente en la sociedad moderna, y en los profesionales de información por el desgaste emocional que presentan a diario. La presente investigación aborda los principales factores que inciden en su salud, así como los comportamientos y dolencias que los aquejan a través de las opiniones de los mismos bibliotecólogos.
En este estudio se ha utilizado el método cualitativo a través de tres técnicas (Delphi, Entrevista en Profundidad y Grupos de Discusión Triangular) las que sirvieron para contrastar la teoría con las vivencias de los actores sociales.
Se establecen resultados que evidencian que existen tensiones en el trabajo del bibliotecólogo y que son de orden organizacional. Se observa la necesidad de prevenir este estrés laboral que se entrelaza al no laboral, creándose un círculo vicioso y que debe tratarse de forma individual y organizacional. Se proponen nuevas líneas de investigación en el área como por ejemplo: la salud laboral, la ergonomía y, la inteligencia emocional

Main factors associated with work stress in professional librarians in Chile Abstract The labor stress Is present every day in the modern society, and the professionals of information sciencia by the emotional exhaustion, which is present every day.
The present research enter upon the main factor that effect their health, as well as the behaviors and ailments sadden through the opinions of the same library science.
In this study the research the qualitative method through three techniques has been used (Delphi, Interviews in Depth and Groups of Triangular Discussion) those that served to resist the theory with the experiences of the social actors.
Results are extracted among other points that they demonstrate that tensions in the work of the librarian science exist and that they are of organizational order. The necessity is observed to prevent this labor stress that is interlaced to the nonlabor one, being created a vicious circle and that must be individual and organizacional form. Of investigation in the area set out new line like for example: the labor health, the ergonomics and emotional intelligence.
