Hace la discución acerca de la nueva temporalidad del siglo XXI, de la sociedad mundial, y las implicaciones del concepto de riesgo y las dificuldades de controlar él, desde la perspectiva del piensamiento de Niklas Luhmann.

Discuss the new temporality of the XXI Century, of the world society, and the implications of the concept of risk and the difficulty of controlling it, from the perspective of Niklas Luhmann thinking.
