  • Analyzing the situation of Puebla city historical downtown in terms of accessibility, it is intended that the government at all levels, residents and tourism service providers be sensitized to the importance of adapting the service , facilities and infrastructure available in the city to allow people with disabilities practice tourism, which is regarded as a universal right, and Puebla is nationally and internationally well known as a major city which cares about providing "Tourism for All" and it certainly will make it more competitive and that will result in an increase in the number of tourists and their staying, with economic benefits and life quality rising for its inhabitants.
