Resumen de Interfaz gráfica para el monitoreo de equipos y procesos industriales de nueva generación.
The need of know how a variable work and wich are the data of sensors and instruments for control at industry requires the use of new methods, algorithms and protocols. This new methods are the result of investigation and implementation in new protocols which became in standard proceedings ruled by ISO around the world. This is the case of OPC protocol. OPC inicialtly was the acronimous of OLE for Process Control, now the OPC definition is diferent because this new protocol evolutioned as technology change. But, is important to say than just a few of people know how it works. This is the objective of this article, show how an electronic interface is created for get information through this protocol. In this paper the OPC protocol is discussed and a interface is described to help to people to know how this new protocol works, how is possible to use this new method and what are the benefits of use this technology by the implementation in a plant of electric energy generation.
