    Unfortunately along with the development of technology in recent decades, the percentage of adults and children who are overweight and obese worldwide has increased considerably and Mexico is no exception. Nutrition, lifestyle and working methods are the most influential factors on obesity, which leads to higher incidence of diabetes, cardiovascular disease and hypertension, as well as reduced performance in labor productivity refers .

    Since the work activity is presented as one of the causes of overweight and in turn job performance is affected by it, taking concerted approach to office workers out to find a solution applicable in the same area of work.
