Resumen de Percepción docente respecto al trabajo colaborativo para la formación de valores en educación ambiental.

  • This study aims to identify the perception of university professors about collaborative culture regarding environmental practices in an academic unit. Factors that promote and hinder the existence of collaborative work between teachers who are in favor of environmental care and to know the experiences as part of the daily work about the environment were studied. The revision was done within the general framework of forming working groups with the purpose of improving a crucial aspect in the school organization and the collaboration of teachers regarding environment. A no experimental research design was used, descriptive, conducting a semi-structured survey with university professors. The results were conformed in categories such as: notions about the collaboration for the formation of environmental values, collaborative work, factors that facilitate it and factors that hinder the collaborative work. The results found manifest the importance of giving greater attention to environmental care in institutions through practices of collaborative work between teachers.
