    En 1914, Pedro González y Torres encargó construir un teatro a Julio García y Romero de Tejada. Dicho proyecto comienza en 1913 y fue realizado por A. Coffino, pero se modificaron diversos elementos siendo validado este último por Ventura Vaca. En 1971 José Mancera Martínez convertirá el teatro en cine, pero en 1988 al declararse Bien de Interés Cultural se le devuelve su función como teatro con la intervención de Vicente López Bernal en 1994. En este estudio a través de los proyectos citados, estudiaremos las actuaciones de los arquitectos para futuros trabajos en el teatr

    In 1914, Pedro González y Torres ordered to erect a theatre to Julio García y Romero de Tejada. The project began in 1913 and was made by A.Coffino, but different elements were modified by Ventura Vaca. In 1971 José Mancera Martínez took place in an intervention in order to turn the theatre into cinema, but in March 1988, the cinema came back to be a theatre because it was declared Cultural Interest Site by Vicente López Bernal´s intervention in 1994. In this work we´ll study through previous projects, the architect´s standards for future works in the theatre.
