Nuestro estudio tiene dos objetivos principales. El primero, es proyectar la luz sobre el papel que ejercía la mujer española durante los tiempos de la Guerra Civil. Queremos hacer visibles a aquellas que tuvieron un papel destacado durante la Guerra Civil española, así como a aquellas otras que, desde el anonimato, sufrieron silenciosamente entre las bombas y las balas. El segundo propósito del presente estudio es participar en el homenaje a aquellas mujeres que enarbolan la bandera de la dignidad y el coraje como única arma posible para enfrentarse a la humillación, la tortura y la muerte. Es una historia dura y triste pero que sirve para que nunca se vuelva a hablar en voz baja, y mucho menos para guardar silencio.

This article has two main objectives. The first is to project the light on the role exerted by the Spanish women during the time of the Civil War. The aim is to highlight the women who played an important role during the Spanish Civil War, as well as all those anonymous women that suffered silently through bombs and bullets. The second purpose of this study is to pay tribute to women flying the flag of dignity and courage as the only way to face the humiliation weapon, torture and death. It is a hard and sad story but it may be useful not to remain silent.
