Resumen de TICs (Tecnologías Información y Comunicación) en las Empresas de la Ciudad de Sucre

  El uso de tecnologías TIC ayudan a mejorar y hacer más eficiente al trabajo que se desempeña liberando de tareas repetitivas y ayudando con más información para el crecimiento de las empresas.

  En la primera fase del proyecto se recopiló material bibliográfico el cual explica en primer lugar que es una TIC ya que mucha gente no conoce su definición o confunde el término, además en dicho material se pudo notar los indicadores más relevantes para poder construir los cuestionarios.

  Además de dar una escala para clasificar a las empresas en grupos de acuerdo a su uso de tecnologías TIC.El material bibliográfico recopilado es la unión de estudios encontrados en internet los cuales son recientes y de algunos libros.

  Después de tener la parte teórica entendida se procedió a realizar el cuestionario, dicho documento está dividido de acuerdo al marco conceptual y que puede medir el uso de TIC en empresas pequeñas y medianas, las áreas que se pudo encontrar son: Infraestructura, hardware, software, telecomunicaciones y personal. Siguiendo los pasos se analizó los resultados obtenidos y al estudiar detenidamente, se clasificó a las empresas en una escala. Se propuso tres herramientas que ayudaran a las empresas y para eso realizó tres prototipos de software y se piensa, que pueden ser una solución para la mayor parte de las empresas.

  Estos son tres programas prototipos son: Control de Inventario, Control de personal, Control de contabilidad. Los programas ayudaran a las empresas a mejorar su rendimiento y ahorrar tiempo en tareas repetitivas, informes más rápidos y más confiables. Como última tarea se elaboró una página informativa, la cual nos muestra todo el trabajo realizado y da pautas para que las empresas puedan aumentar su nivel de uso de tecnologías TIC.

  The use of the ICT help us to improve and do more efficient all the work we do, releasing us from repetitive tasks and helping us with more information for the growing of enterprises.

  With this thought the first step of this project what we did was recompile bibliographic resources which explains in first place what a ICT is, because many people do not know its definition or they confuse with the term, therefore that, we could note the most important indicators to build our queries, plus giving an scale to classify the enterprises in groups in order their use of the technology. The recompiled bibliographic resources are union of the found researching on internet that is updated and some books too.

  After getting the theory part, we made the added query, this document is divided by areas that are the most significant and can measure the ICTs use in small and mid enterprises; these areas are Infra-Structure, hardware, software, telecommunications and personnel. Following with the project we could visit different enterprises in the city of Sucre that gave us data to then transcribing them in tables and get final results which show the percentages of all the enterprises.

  Then we analyzed the final results and studied them, we classified the enterprises in our scale, as Systems Engineering students, we proposed three tools that would help the enterprises;

  these tools are software prototypes, which could a good solution for many enterprises. These software prototypes are Store Control, Personnel Control, and Countable Control. These applications will help the enterprises to improve their performance and save time and money in repetitive tasks in a faster and a more trustable way. At the end we built an informative web page which shows all our work and gives tips to the enterprises for they can raise their level in the ICTs use.
