    • The present study tried to determine microalbuminuria as diabetic nephropathy indicator in patients with different disease progress in the Hospital Luis UriaOliva CNS La Paz. The diabetic patient has a high risk of renal involvement, which generally is due to the presence of diabetic nephropathy, which affects our body in a severe way, and if care is not taken it could become a major problem in our health which would be impossible to control. It is caused by an absolute or relative decrease in the secretion or action of insulin. The micro albuminuria has a frequency in males and in sex is to a lesser extent in the study it was determined that most have elevated blood sugar more albuminuria.
