The objective of this research is to know the way in which the owner of Estampados Industriales , SA de CV has executed decision to today achieve growth in their productivity and structure in spite of the changing characteristics that the auto sector presents. The project was developed in two parts the first, the theoretical framework for decision making and the second contains the development of the qualitative research method and the results over the lider and the company. The most important findings : The leading enterprise approach handles rule of De Bono ( 2008) in their decision-making: alternatives, possibilities and choices ( APO ) . It is also a leader with the descriptive characteristics that Etzioni (2006 ) states in that does not sit , but takes the course indicated by their knowledge, experience , inner voice, intuition and any available information.
