This paper proposes a methodology to implement an automated performance assessment tool for job skills under the 360 ° approach, particularly for production supervisors jobs two shoe companies of the city of León Gto. This software was designed and developed using the technology of CMMI and is currently in the process of registration with the relevant bodies. Once the descriptors of competencies and associated behaviors were developed and validated through focus groups by experts in the field, being able to fly it to give validity to it.
The names of the host companies are booked on request to Human Resources managers, but relevant data on its production, sales and staff are reported.
