The purpose of the economy as science is explain and understand different phenomena and processes concerning to the material reproduction of the society in the different historic times, based in the scientific method. The present essay aimed to analyze about the historic development of the economy as a science. The essay concluded that is needed think in the transformation more complete, free and multicultural with the purpose to give value to the economy as science.
