  • The final configuration of the Centre de la photographie et de la documentation patrimoniale in Charenton-le-Pont, France, will be revealed in late 2010. This new center for photography and heritage documents is being formed from the former Médiathèque de l'architecture et du patrimoine, which has been moved out of Paris. The new center will be closer to the photography archives in Montigny-le-Bretonneux. It will be easily accessible by public transport and also well suited to public study of its holdings. Donations by important photographers are planned, while partnerships with institutions such as the Ecole nationale supérieure de la photographie and the Cité de l'architecture et du patrimoine suggest a good training program.
