Resumen de La postérité de Mathieu d'Arras dans le Royaume de Bohême
A discussion of Mathieu d'Arras's sphere of influence in Prague and the kingdom of Bohemia. The emphasis is on Arras's lesser-known works—projects and buildings carried out with the members of his cathedral construction crew. After the death of Arras and the arrival of Peter Parler, the masters and stonecutters trained by him were employed by eminent sponsors belonging to the entourage of Charles IV. The new parish churches also borrowed the most characteristic traits of Arras's style.
