Una opción para leer la intervención del Trabajo Social

    Este artículo es resultado de construcciones elaboradas en la investigación “Intervención de Trabajo Social en los campos Comunidad, Derechos Humanos y Medio Ambiente3”, responde al compromiso ético, político y académico de aportar a la construcción de conocimiento en el Trabajo Social. Sobre el particular, existen diversos esfuerzos, pero son dispersos, no realizados sistemáticamente; en consecuencia, la producción, fundamentación, investigación e intervención se afectan: “Hablar de desafíos hace referencia a un campo de batalla que alberga reflexión: por tanto, un campo en construcción; implica abandonar (o por lo menos re-pensar) lo dado, lo instituido” (Puebla, 2002). El artículo materializa una apuesta por la escritura, para consolidar y concretar conocimiento sobre cómo leer los campos de intervención del Trabajo Social. La reflexión se centra en plantear criterios para tener en cuenta al hacer la lectura a la intervención de la profesión; visibiliza elementos que han suscitado discusiones en la profesión y en las que no se ha dado una precisión suficiente, en torno a incógnitas como: ¿qué somos? (Trabajo Social como profesióndisciplina), ¿cómo comprender la intervención? (componentes y condicionantes), ¿desde donde leerla? (construccionismo, complejidad, crítica) y ¿cómo definir el espacio de intervención? (campo).

    This article is been of constructions elaborated in the investigation “Intervention of Social Work in the fields Community, Human rights and Environment “. Responds to the ethical, political and academic commitment of contributing to the construction of knowledge in the Social Work. On the matter, diverse efforts are dispersed, not carried out systematically; in consequence, the production, foundation, investigation and intervention are affected: “To speak of challenges makes reference to a battle field that it harbors reflection: therefore, a field in construction; implies to abandon (or at least to re-think) that given, that instituted” (Puebla, 2002). The article materializes a bet for the writing, to consolidate and to sum up knowledge on how to read the fields of intervention of the Social Work. The reflection is centered in outlining approaches to keep in mind when making the reading to the intervention of the profession; visibility to elements that have raised discussions in the profession and in those that an enough precision has not been given, around incognito as: what are we? (Do I work Social as profession-discipline), how to understand the intervention? (Components and Conditions), from where to read it? (construccionism, complexity, critic) and how to define the intervention space? (Field).
