  • The challenge of delivering community benefits and infrastructure whilst not rendering development unviable is one that can only be met by changing our professional perspective. An example from Shropshire illustrates that a less spatially focused approach could be warmly welcomed by non-planners, but also needs professional planners to embrace a more balanced attitude and drop their emphasis on �location, location, location�.
