  • Resumen
    • Part of a symposium on how digital technologies affect the practices of art and art history. Art historians now need to consider why and how electronic media services could change the way in which they do personal research, how such facilities could transform their approach to teaching, and, ultimately, how they will affect the art historical direction in which a new generation of art historians will take the field. Three types of art historical activities will result from the electronic revolution, all of which will alter and benefit the profession. These are personal database construction, collaborative research, and interactive teaching.
