  • Resumen
    • The article discusses two stained glass window designs seen by artist Vincent van Gogh in October 1876. The windows were designed by stained-glass maker Daniel Cottier of the Cottier & Company firm and were commissioned by William Carnegie, 8th Earl of Northesk in memory of his wife Georgina and his daughter Margaret, or Mina. The author suggests that van Gogh related to the designs due to his own experiences and wrote about them in a letter to his brother Theo.
