    • Acupuncture in Spain was developed mainly in the eighties. Acupuncture and TCM has suffered in Europe and Western countries a process of adaptation to western mentality, beca use knowledge system are very different than in Eastern countries, closely related to Taoism. This can lead to an acupunctural practice directed to supress onlythe symptoms, and we must know that is very important to make a correct diagnosis, to treat with the slightest therapy possible, and finally to make responsible to the patient of one's own disease.
