  • Resumen
    • Oriental medicine explains us that illness is the consequence of our erroneous living habits. All of this is influeced by the Tao, that means something like Universe (Uni= unity, Verse = diversity; the union of diversity}. Living beings and phenomena are in dynamic balance between the two polarities, Yin and Yang; nothing is absolutely Yin or Yang. Man needs seven timesless proteins than carbohydrates, and seven timesless lipids than proteins. Vitmains and minerals are needed seven times less than lipids. There are contractive foods, like meats, salt, eggs, and expansive foods like sugar, milk or fruits. Foods are also more Yin or Yang, and serve to treot the different illnesses caused by excess or deficiency of them.
