  • Qi Gong is more than 6000 years old, prior to the Taoism. lts actuallity is out of doubt after recent classical works about the benefits of «mental control», like those of Simonton over cancer patients. This method has traditionally 3 application fields: Martial arts, Spiritual and personal growing, and Prevention and Health. ln this later field, we see that the basis of Qi Gong are settled on the understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine, mainly the trealment of meridians, the different chinese organs; with different specific sounds, colours, breathing and energy.
